On Trial!!

"... I dunno." Said Bee. "I thought it was pretty cool."

"Erm.... I was at the beach... you and Embie were roleplaying us, remember?"

A few of Bee's other BG's nodded, and Bee snapped her fingers in frustration. "Oh pickles."

"Is Bee an attorney or a witness?" Judge Bether asked herself, scratching her nose.

"I'd like to call up the next witness." Dawg said. "You are excused Ms. Haliwell. I'd like to call Ms. Liquorice Fang to the stand"

Dawg knew he'd probably be killed later for that one.

L-Fang, who had been sitting and sharpening her knife, put the knife in her pocket and went to the stand.

"Well?" She said.

Phoebe left the stand. Part of the whole reason for going evil in the first place was to avoid jury duty. Now, she was evil, and still stuck in a friekin' court. WTH?

"Wait a second . . . " Kiwi said, struggling to stand up in her dress. "Is this your shoe, Bee?"

She held up a sopping wet shoe that was sobbing like Bee's left shoe.

"Because this shoe has told me a rather interesting story. And if it is indeed Bee's shoe . . . IT'S AN EYE WITNESS!!!!!!!" she jumped up and down, proud of her own logic. Though, jumping was admitably hard in a court dress, which Kiwi was growing more tired of by the minute.

"Please Ms Kiwi, wait until we are done with the current witness." Judge Bether said.

The Sting Ray floated over once more, and held out a spell book for L-Fang to swear on. "You know the jig." He said simply.

Bee gasped, taking the shoe in her hands, then looked down to see she was wearing a different pair of flip flops.

L-Fang rolled her eyes, slapping the spellbook the Sting Ray had away.

"That's Nightmare's spellbook." She muttered, giving the Sting Ray hers then putting her hand on it.

Nightmare hopped out of the audience to catch it, then hopped back, annoyed that L-Fang had treated her sacred book with such disrespect, though she couldn't help but wonder how the Sting Ray even got it.

The Sting Ray really couldn't care any less as he swore L-Fang in.

Dawg then addressed L-Fang, making sure to stay out of stabbing range. "Miss Liquorice Fang, where were you and what were you doing on the night in question?"

"Hanging at the beach with Ami and Emerald, watching the guys surf and the tide pretty much kill them, but they got out before it got dark. Then I pushed Nightmare into the bulldozer's path, and I was sitting on top of the rope tree when the tide went berserk." She said, crossing one leg over the other.

"I see." Dawg said. "And did you see any evidence that Mr. Kanuki caused the incident?"

Kiwi sat down obediently.

L-Fang rolled her eyes. "I don't babysit Kanuki; I don't watch him." She said.

((I dunno what to put. So . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . still nothing.))

Dawg tugged on the bottom of his suit jacket, straightening it out. "Well then how do you know he did it, Ms. Liquorice Fang?" He said, adding a bullet tot he gun he's probably get shot with later.

L-Fang gave Dawg one of those glares that seemed to say, you-moron-I'm-so-going-to-kill-you-later.

"I never said he did or didn't do anything, you called me up here." Said L-Fang, longing to be out of here because this mattered to her less than the shoes she threw out last week because someone, she didn't know who, pooped on them.

"Then this was a complete waste of time." Judge Bether said.

Then suddenly, Bether ran into the court room wearing this:

Dawg was confused now, as Judge Bether sat in the Judge's chair, yet Bether also ran down the center isle that ridiculous costume.

"You may sit." Judge Bether said. "Thank you, your honer." Bether said, sitting in Dawg's chair next to Kanuki.

"You are pardoned Miss Fang" Judge Bether said to L-Fang. "Call up the next witness!"
