I have no idea what to call this one so I'll call it SPARTA. XD

Lun disappeared into the darkness.

"KANUKI! GET DOWN!" Yelled L-Fang in the distance.

Things almost seemed to happen in slow motion. Nightmare burst through the trees almost flying in the air towards Kanuki.

Jason and L-Fang ran out of the bushes after her.

Then before Nightmare hit Kanuki, there was a gunshot, and Nightmare instead fell to the side of Kanuki.

L-Fang and Jason looked shocked. Their jaws hung open at the sight of Nightmare being taken down that way.

There was laughter in the direction of the shot.

"Never be afraid to get back down to the basics." Said Embire with a gun in his hand, he was also near the forest's edge.

Kanuki was unimpressed.

Though he had to admit, that Embire was a good shot, Kanuki could've taken her out of he was actually in any danger.

Kanuki glared at L-Fang for a moment.

"Just can't leave me alone, can you?" Kanuki barely managed to say, his teeth clenched in pain.

Wait, pain?

Kanuki admitted that he was tired, but why was he in pain all of the sudden?

Okami noticed this, and looked over at Embire, as if asking him for help.

"I think I used all the Good Magic up at once when I attacked Markus. Maybe I'm only feeling the side affects now, especially if I had it all sucked out at once." Kanuki pondered to himself.

L-Fang was going to question Embire-- mostly why he was here-- when she heard Kanuki.

She didn't turn her head towards him, instead she appeared next to him, with not even a puff of smoke.

"I can't leave you alone?" She said in a low, threatening voice. "I ran all the way over here to try and save your sorry--"

Bee ran out onto the set screaming "BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!" Then ran away.

L-Fang punched Kanuki in the side of his face. The fangirls gasped.

Embire turned his head casually towards Kanuki.

"Well of course you're in pain. I'm surprised L-Fang's still standing." He said, no surprise actually on his face. "Ouch, Fang punch." He muttered.

Jason tried not to chuckle, he'd forgotten about that joke. He remembered the days when they were kids, L-Fang punched him and they called it that. Embire had to tell L-Fang that she wasn't putting enough into the blows, so of course they became stronger, not helping him or Nightmare at all.

Then again, there was the Night-punch. Completly different story--

Shakka interuppted his thoughts. "When you're finished with your flashback, you'd notice Embire's here. ALIVE."

Kanuki grabbed L-Fang's fist as it was leaving his face.

"I'm sick of you, I don't care if I die. You should know that I can take care of myself." He said through his teeth, as he held on tight to L-Fang's fist.

He then smirked, unable to resist the temptation.

"Was you coming to save me that Good Magic I pumped into you, or something else?"

Okami sighed.

Just when she thought they were leaving...


"Look, are we going, or what?" She said a little impatiently

"I. Will. Never. Be. Attracted. To. You." She said through clenched teath. She was about to punch him with her other wrist, when Embire grabbed it with his bony hand.

He threw her into a tree-- and Kanuki, if he forgot to let go-- as if she was just a pebble.

"Get up, Clubs. Spade, close your mouth, and Hearts, you get up too. Apparently I wasn't done teaching you three." Said Embire. He looked at Kanuki. And you, stop acting so high and mighty. Just because you look like Jesus doesn't mean you're strong."

At this, Jason looked like he was trying not to laugh, Shakka chuckled, and Bee rolled with laughter.

Kanuki wasn't strong enough to keep too firm a grip on L-Fang, so he let go in time.

He glared at Embire when he made the Jesus reference, as many people had done before.

Okami smirked.

"Don't worry about him." Okami thought to Embire. "He's got a bit of quite a bit of pride when it comes to getting rescued. He prefers to be alone."

"So, now what?" Okami said aloud, as she noticed Kanuki glaring at L-Fang once more.

((What drawing? Oh well, so long as you get it. XD He calls them that because it's shorter than L-Fang or Nightmare. I was laughing because Embire doesn't know that we all call him Jesus. XD ))

Embire grinned at that, looking back to his former students.

Nightmare was trying to get to her feet. She looked confused, as though she had just been taken out with a spoon.

Embire looked at Okami, his expression now serious.

"I nearly forgot to mention, you haven't seen a black and purple cat-shaped lump of fur around here, have you?" He said, grimacing at the thought of Lun.

Okami sighed with annoyance.

Of course that freaky cat had something to do with Embire, didn't everything?

"As a matter of fact, we did..." She said, becoming more serious now.

((Lawl at the spoon thing, Bee. XD))

Embire sighed. Of course they did.

He appeared crouching on Okami's back, then it seemed he took something off her neck.

Then, Embire appeared back in the spot he was in, and he threw it to the side.

The second the thing that looked like a pebble hit the ground, it exploded everthing within ten feet-- including the ground under it, and demolished the trees.

"You've got one on the back of your neck Kanuki, I'd reccomend you take it off... fast." He said. He heard Lun growl from the under-underworld. He liked watching things explode as much as Bether. Especially people, when he was in his evil mood at least.

((Aww, thanks Bee, I'm honored. XD))

Kanuki groaned, and grabbed something on his neck, and tossed it a fair distance away from him and watched it explode.

((Such a long post. XD))

Nightmare, now better somehow, climbed onto Jason's back.

"Nightmare, just because I'm here doesn't mean you're an idiot again." Said Embire without turning his head.

Nightmare hissed, then let go with Jason chuckling.

L-Fang forgot how mean Embire had been, but he was one people could easily look up to.

Kanuki glared at Nightmare.

One day he wouldn't mind killing her himself...

"Anything else you want to tell us before we head off?" Okami said, breaking the silence.

(Everyone wants to kill Nightmare in some way. XD))

"If you run into any purple and black cats, punch them in the face for me." Said Embire. "And keep a close eye on Kanuki, he's probably not stable after that good magic epidemic." He thought this to Okami.

Nightmare looked over to Kanuki. "Where are you even going? Don't you like, live with L-Fang?"

"Not anymore he doesn't." Growled L-Fang. "If we're lucky he'll rot on the streets."

Embire chuckled. She was good at covering up horrible pain, he could see that she was at her limit and if you even knuckle-touched her she'd keel over.

((Wait, this makes no sense! XD

Sparta is pre-drama... right? And Kanuki lived at L-Fang's in Drama... Lawl, whatever. Drama can always be edited. XD))

"Got it." Okami thought back to Embire. "I don't thank people often, but I have to do it this time. Thank you for all your help Embire."

Kanuki made a very rude finger gesture at L-Fang, not wanting to say anything.

Okami eyed Kanuki, like a mother annoyed mother would her obnoxious child who wouldn't stop fighting with his best friend.

"Let's go." Okami said, walking off in the direction in which they were originally going.

((Ah, who cares. XD))

"No trouble, except for, well everything." Embire thought to Okami.

L-Fang did the same to Kanuki, it almost looked like a secret handshake.

Embire watched them walk away, when he noticed what was a shadowy figure on Kanuki's head turned into a purple and black cat. Great-- he was being unfeelable. (THAT'S A WORD NAO.))

He was about to say something, when he decided it was kind of funny.
