Dramatic RP (by Bee's request)

Rey stood alone in a large garden, wondering what mischief he could pull off today.

He pondered and pondered, warping and molding the glass in his glasses as he always did when he was thinking.

He then suddenly stopped, and grinned a devilish grin.

"Well, now, won't that be fun?" He said to himself.

He fixed his glasses, and put them back on his face, running off to put him plan into work.

Two weeks later, Kanuki received a letter in the mail (he has his own mail box next to L-Fang's) from a mysterious sender, the letter composed of letters cut from magazines.

There was no return address.

Kanuki walked back into L-Fang's house, still in his light purple robe, and sat down, sipping his coffee.

"She cannot hide forever. Her time is past, the balance will be restored."

Kanuki raised an eyebrow.

He thought he'd heard this somewhere before...

But then, he shoved it into his pocket when he heard L-Fang approaching.

L-Fang walked in, already fully dressed in jeans, and a shirt that had sleeves that barely covered her shoulders.

With a snap of her fingers, her mail appeared in her hand. Seeing as it was all junk mail, it disappeared in a puff of smoke.

She seemed to notice Kanuki had done something.

"What's up?" She said.

"Nothing." Kanuki said casually, sipping his coffee once more.

Yet he still tried to think about where he'd seen the letter before...

"Morning Kanuki." Okami said, just waking up in his shadow.

He then suddenly remembered something. The letter had something to do with Okami...

"Where's Jason?" Kanuki asked unexpectedly.

L-Fang dropped her coffee cup. Then quickly grabbed it before it hit the floor or spilled any.

"How should I know? I'm not his babysitter. Although I'd guess he's in a hotel around BG world, he never did get a house. Why do you ask?" said L-Fang, taking a sip of coffee.

Kanuki was surprised with himself as well.

"Dunno." He said, getting up and cracking his neck. "Just curious I s'pose."

He finished his coffee, left the mug on the table, and went to go get dressed.

The letter still bugged him as he changed into his usual outfit.

"What do you make of it?" Kanuki asked Okami, pulling out the letter and sitting on his bed.

Okami's ghostly silhouette appeared only for Kanuki's eyes one more, hovering above the ground to examine the letter.

"Well?" He thought to her.

She was silent, looking like she just saw a really bad horror movie.

"Okami?!" He said aloud, raising his voice a little.

L-Fang leaned against the wall, she heard Kanuki say "Okami" in a louder tone.

L-Fang, unknowing of who she was, was curious.

Kanuki didn't seem like one to talk to himself. Or someone who would have mental problems for that matter.

Then again, Kanuki and L-Fang were a lot alike, and she had a couple problems of her own. She shrugged and carried on drinking her coffee.

Nadae appeared on the counter.

"Hello again" said Nadae.

"Do you know who this is from?" Okami asked cautiously.

Kanuki shook his head.

She was silent once more, until she said: "They've found us, Kanuki. They're back."

Kanuki froze, realizing what this meant.

He hung his head, his bangs hiding his eyes as he smirked with realization.

"Of course..." He said. "I shouldn't be surprised. After all, we have stayed here for far too long."

Okami sighed. "Where to now?" She said reluctantly.

"Who knows? It just means we'll have a nice little challenge, throwing them off out trail once more."

He stood up walking towards his door.

"Let's go." He said a loud, trying to keep his voice down.

Okami nodded, and vanished back into his shadow.

"L-Fang, I'm going out." He said casually when he came back into the room where L-Fang was.

He quickly put the letter back into this pocket before he entered the room.

L-Fang felt suddenly suspicious of him. She appeared leaning against the door in a matter of seconds.

"Where are you going?" She said, trying not to sound like a mother.

Nadae got the feeling she wouldn't get much of an answer, Kanuki looked sly. She disappeared into a cloud of mist.

"To buy more cigarettes." He said casually, stepping past her.

A box of cigarettes appeared in L-Fang's hand, she held them out to him.

He smirked.

Of course she would never fall for that trick, it's too practical.

"C'mon L-Fang, you should know by now that I like doing things my own way." He said, his smirk strong on his face.
